He has served in various ministry leadership roles in Virginia, Belgium, and he currently pastors a church in Los Angeles. Jon recently authored a book called Positively Irritating: Embracing a Post-Christian World where he invites leaders to lead in every day areas of life. On this episode we talk about creative process, creating culture, and ways to continue growing as a leader.
