He is a great trainer and fantastic show!

I had a serious back surgery april 2014 . I started to train with Ted in June and wasn't very confident ( afraid ) .
We started very slowly , never was in pain and over a year later I 'l training regularly and feel great . I 'm improving and feel stringer than ever . I really enjoy my hours with Ted and hopefully will be able to continue to get better and better .
I'm so glad he is doing this show to share his methods with more people .
