Can you lead worship? 

The inward expression and the outward expression of worship matter. They both exist, they work together, and must be held in tension. 

Psalm 51:16-17
“For You do not delight in sacrifice, otherwise I would give it; You do not take pleasure in burnt offering. The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; A broken and a contrite heart, God, You will not despise.”

This year we opted to have a Good Friday service in place of Easter Sunday. We enjoyed worship, took part in communion and had a shortened sermon from Paul :)

This week we had our friend, Richard Armenta, as guest speaker! Richard sits on the board of Marigold, and he and his wife Barbie have been long time friends of our pastors. We have a lot of love for them! 

Side note, Richard and Barbie have written a book called "The Right Combination: Finding Love and Life After Divorce" which you should definitely check out.
