    Our Guest: Michael Ayala-White, a Buffalo NY native, is a Trauma Informed Certified Coach who is located in Buffalo, NY, but his certification is global and does remote coaching with clients all over the country. He specializes in addiction recovery, inner child work, and trauma informed coaching. He talks about the differences between toxic shame and everyday shame and how to work on them in healthy ways. Michael discusses his disconnects between reading the Bible, memorizing verses, and his inability to stop his addiction. Helping us see that recovery and healing involves ALL of you and can take many paths.

He started Brothers first out of selfish need, along with the desire to help others. We also consider friendship as we look at the relationships modeled by God and Jesus.

    On this episode: Nate and Aaron discuss ADHD, convergent and divergent thinking. How someone with ADHD isn’t broken.
    Our Guest: Rachel Allen has lived in Alabama and Tennessee, and now calls Utah her home. She is a CSAT who works with a lot of women and couples. She shares her fascination with human behavior and how she started explaining sexuality to women in college. Rachel urges women not to Google Women’s Sexuality, especially in considering rape and purity culture, women’s masturbation, and sexual addiction. She educates on sexual anorexia, shame, body hate, control, and dopamine hits. Rachel also disputes society's incorrect message that women are responsible for men's thoughts.

    Our Guest: Aaron interviews our guest, Dr. Tamara Rosier. Dr. Tamara is an ADHD coach, and the founder of the ADHD Center in West Michigan. She shares her knowledge and history of ADHD going back to the 1800’s. Ways to cope with the thing that gives you reoccurring anxiety, including emotionally engineering your day. The fact that ADHD people are more susceptible to addiction, because dopamine makes them feel more “normal.” Other topics include ADHD in marriage, supporting kids with ADHD, Convergent and Divergent Thinking, and flight, flight, freeze, and appease.
