Rabbi Yechiel Biberfeld, Rosh Kollel of the Philadelphia Community Kollel since its inception back in year 2000, is a talmid of Harav Mattisyahu Salomon, shlit”a, Mashgiach at Beth Medrash Govoha, Lakewood, New Jersey. To date, he has published 5 seforim under the title Matnas Chelko from his rebbe’s discourses on various seforim.
