I am a Data Scientist / ML (Maching Learning) engineer, born in Suriname, South America, I also have a background in music production. Where I’ve built a business around it, with a global client base. I transitioned into tech first starting and working as a front end developer and then transitioned again into machine learning.

Andrew Heywood has built impactful teams for disruptive companies, starting his recruitment career in Tokyo, Japan. After Japan, Andrew moved back to the Bay Area, California, and joined Google 3 months after their public offering. This started Andrew's Silicon Valley journey, and has since then been building innovative startups at various stages in their growth cycle. Most recently at Roblox, Andrew has been part of 3 startup IPO's and 3 startup acquisitions.

Ryan Young is a design leader and strategic thinker who enjoys working with cross-functional teams to turn whiteboard sketches into real-world products. He’s been designing since 2011 and has been making digital apps and systems more people-focused for more than 10 years. Ryan is currently the Director of Product Design for P3+Uplift, an IT staffing and software development company in Des Moines, Iowa. When he’s not working, he’s hanging with his family, reading, and finding time to fit in exercise.
