daily must

I love this show and think everyone who feels mentally unstable in their daily life should listen to it. I deal with anxiety and sometimes i‘m a bit depressed and this helps to grow and learn how to deal with uncomfortable and stressful situation. Since I‘ve been listening I go through my day with a clearer, more positive and more relaxed mind and feeling. I‘m a teen and life is rough sometimes, so this keeps me going and growing. Thank you!
