Ep 9: Focus on What You Can Control

Ep 9: Focus on What You Can Control

You are not powerless. Focus on what you can control. Why?

Because when you focus on what you can control, you let go of the rest. And when you try to control what isn’t in your control will drain your energy. Yes, there are a lot of things we can’t control, but isn’t it better {or rather more effective} if you focus on what you can control instead? Your time is no different. You are in control of your time. Not the other way around.

In this episode, I’m talking about when things get out of control and focusing on things you can control.

Ep 8 | Is Ditching the Guilt What You Really Need to Be More Productive?

Ep 8 | Is Ditching the Guilt What You Really Need to Be More Productive?

Like most driven women in business, I like being productive. I like completing projects, planning & prepping meals between client calls, running errands, serving clients … it all brings me a feeling of satisfaction.

However, I wonder if we put too much emphasis on getting it all done and being too productive that when we don’t get it all done, we beat ourselves up.

In this episode of the Structured Flow Show, we’re going to explore those feelings of guilt as it relates to time management & productivity.
