My name is Fatimah and I’m a culinary arts student. When I develop recipes, I spend a lot of time in pantries whether at home or at school. There’s so many flavours to explore and definitely a few to abandon, and a lot to cherish.
I like to think that our minds, hearts, bodies and environments are nothing but interconnected parts of a huge pantry; waiting to be explored. So join me on this podcast where I’ll be exploring all these parts of my pantry as a young adult, and sharing a few recipes along the way.
