In Front of a Live Audience

In Front of a Live Audience

I know I usually talk about serious business like diversity, equity and inclusion leadership, and the like. But in this series, I want to explore the lighter side of things and will be sharing some comic relief to help you unwind and destress after a day's work or even in midday work.

As they say, laughter is the best medicine. At least for me, that's how I unwind and release stress by laughing at the comedies of life. So, here is your cup of laughter for your midday or end-of-day stress relief. Enjoy and share!

Feel free to subscribe and let's laugh our stress off!

LAST WEEK OF BLACK HISTORY MONTH: Reflections on Critical Race Theory

LAST WEEK OF BLACK HISTORY MONTH: Reflections on Critical Race Theory

This episode was originally recorded in October of 2021 as my reflections on 'Critical Race Theory' (or CRT in short), as we were getting ready to vote in local elections in November, 2021; and there was a question on people's minds as to whether CRT should be mandatory as a class taught in schools from K-12 public schools, public colleges and universities and at public medical schools. I shared my perspectives on this often uncomfortable topic when it comes to race in America, and what we need to do to work toward racial equity, reduce racial fear, and disrupt biases in the education, communities and the workplace.

Send us your questions and or opinions, and let's continue this conversation.
