As men, we are often expected to be the "provider" within the context of a family. Particularly, within the Black community, many men we know have expressed feeling immense pressure to perform/produce financially. The crazy part is that most of us did not receive a manual on how to do so but we are expected to figure it out because (that is what men are supposed to do). Some will say, "your dad is the manual."
