S1E3 - Confusion to Curiosity

Hey There!!

In these ever challenging days, if we take a pause and ask ourselves about a pertaining question, are we confused or curious??

The answer comes - we are curiously confused.

The source of confusion could be due many things but one thing comes out that we are also curious.

Curiosity is the antidote to ignorance.

If we go deep, we can understand that, children are the true sum of curiosity. Research says until the age of 7 children are so much curious that they would explore anything and everything that fascinates them.

In the other hand, we adults are not utilizing the true aspects of curiosity. We delve into the negative side of it as we feed fear, anxiety, worry into our subconscious.

Actually global netizens of 21st century die at the age of 20 and buried at the age of 80. We are living same life, thinking same negative thoughts, feeling same emotional roadblocks and doing same actions and we call it as life.

The solution is we need to feed our curiosity index positively so that we can explore the un-explorable, we can think the unthinkable, we can do un-doable making our life enriched.

In short, “Be Curious” because Curiosity is the antidote for Ignorance.

From the moment we wake up in the morning till we go to bed in the night, we come across multiple check points where we need to take instant decisions based on the available choices we have. Majority of times, we take choices hastily and carried away by our pseudo-emotional behaviors. We often bring in the present either caught up in the irreversible past or in the anxious future. When we pretend to be in the present moment, we trapped in the corridor of uncertainty. In that zone we chased thoughts, emotions and that lead to actions. And life feels like full of chaos. The point comes, what is the way forward and solution. In this episode we tried to bring some insights, clarity.

The moment we move through life from mindlessness to mindfulness we stay present, we become aware. Instead of playing in the corridor of uncertainty, we consciously connect with our our inner self and we slow down. That moment helps us identifying and understanding “internal text messages” which is instinct, gut, yellow alerts.

In these days, when data is moving faster than the light, it is obvious we would confuse. But to come out of confusion we should consciously connect with our own being to understand “why we do what we do” while staying in the present moment.

In the age of digital transformation and dramatic distraction, we are carried away with many C’s. First and foremost “Content” mostly digital, sometimes these contents make us Confused. More so we are confused day in day out with the different choices we have as these choices look similar. 

The very point is why we chose what we chose, if we look deep, we can understand that, the way we think, act and behave are the foundations of all these. We are so domesticated with the patterns, habits, opinions, perceptions, values and understandings that society has sold us from the time of our birth by various means that lead to create dubious doubts and resulting utter confusion. 

If we look at the Mahabharata, it was clearly evident that, the mightiest Arjuna was also confused on the battlefield of Kurukshetra. Lord Krishna helped him coming out of confusion with clarity. That’s where we got the Geeta Gyan.

The famous author Robin Sharma Says- “Clarity breeds mastery”. Clarity is everything.

We the global netizens are seeking clarity outside. While we are living in a perception based reality, seeking solution outside always create chaos and havoc. If we take a pause and think within and try to listen to ourselves consciously we can get utmost clarity. 

This will help us navigating the ocean of life with ease. It will also helps us redefining the bigger aspects of life is why we do what we do. It will certainly help us getting our purpose right.
