We have officially lost our minds. To regain what little sanity we have left, we have gone back to the most primal human emotion: anger. The world is a cruel and nasty place and we just have a lot to be angry about. Do we need actual coping mechanisms? Maybe. But until then, enjoy this madness fueled hour long rant.

As the curtains close on 2021, we pick apart the popular saying “new year, new me”. In this episode, we talk about the high expectations of the new year, and how to deal with not living up to them. Then we rant about our holiday blues. Join us for a warm, toasty, and kind of pathetic episode !

After a painful and wretched week long break, we realized some of you were afraid of missing out on our lovely voices. Fear not, because we are here today to talk about just that. We talk about our struggles with social anxiety (or lack thereof) because yes, it does happen to the best of us.
