Welcome to episode one of dancer foods, a podcast aimed to help people (dancers specifically) to improve their food choices. In this episode I'm looking at the 5 main food groups, why we need them and how to get them. Of course, this is a very wide topic, so this is just a brief overview, and I'm hoping to have separate episodes on the more complex parts.
