I have been super busy with so many different things going on in my life. So I decided to do nothing and relax a little bit every day.

My first guest on the podcast is my dad, David Stiles. I ask him some quick questions about his outdoor adventures growing up and some advice he has for people who want to get into the outdoors more.

Going over the 10 main things that I always bring with me when I go on an adventure, with some extra bonuses added to it at the end.
