We're celebrating with a brand new Keeper of the Games with Blake Cripps and Tommy Castor!On this episode #114:- The Final Four is set, but unfortunately, the Kansas State Wildcats are not there after falling in the Elite Eight to Florida Atlantic University.  Blake and Tommy break down that game and what the future holds for Jerome Tang and the Wildcats in the offseason and beyond.- The Kansas Jayhawks were without Bill Self on the sideline for the NCAA Tournament, and the Jayhawks fell to Arkansas in the 2nd round of the NCAA tourney.  Since the early exit, the Hawks have lost 5 players to the transfer portal as well as the careers being done for Jalen Wilson and Gradey Dick (more than likely).  What's the future look like for KU and how can they work the portal this offseason?- Wichita State hoops has their man.  Paul Mills, who led Oral Roberts University to an NCAA tourney bid this season, plus a 30 win year has been named the new head coach for Shocker hoops.  The guys break down the hire and what Mills needs to do to exceed expectations in his first season for WSU basketball.- Our Wichita Whiparound features discussion on Shocker baseball and softball and Newman baseball.- Our A's, C's and R's congratulations the Kansas Jayhawks women's hoops team for making it to the finals of the WNIT and we get ready for Opening Day baseball!Thanks for listening! It's Super Bowl Week and we're ready to roll with a brand new Keeper of the Games with Blake Cripps and Tommy Castor!On this episode #110:- We are locked into Super Bowl Week with the Chiefs and Eagles.  The Chiefs beat the Bengals 23-20 in the AFC Championship and Blake and Tommy break down that game and look ahead to all the major storylines in the Super Bowl, plus predictions and what to be on the lookout for in the big game.- Wichita State hoops is in the midst of winning 5 out of their last 8 games and things finally look to be gelling for the Shockers.  Blake and Tommy break down the production from the starting 5 and how this new look Shockers offense is running.- At the time of the recording, Kansas State was battling TCU and looking to end their 3 game conference losing skid.  The Wildcats did in fact beat the Horned Frogs and so K-State remains a game back of Texas in the Big 12 hunt.  Blake and Tommy discuss how important this stretch is for K-State hoops.- The Kansas Jayhawks followed up a lifeless road effort against Iowa State last weekend with a complete team victory at home against the Texas Longhorns to remain 1 game back in the Big 12 standings.  Blake and Tommy talk about the remarkable fact that KU beat a Top 5 Texas team with Jalen Wilson only scoring 2 points and how it was the supporting cast and bench for the Jayhawks that stepped up big.- Our Wichita Whiparound features discussion on a Super Bowl bet between law enforcement leaders in Wichita and the success of Newman University men's hoops.- The show wraps up with a quick update on Zach Greinke resigning with the Royals for another year.Thanks for listening!
