As Wiffle® leagues around the nation prepare to get underway in the weeks ahead, Scuffin' It Up is here to provide all of the news and insight to get you ready for the action set to take place in 2023. Welcome to your guide for all things Wiffle this season. Welcome to The Wiffler's Almanac. 

On this week's edition of the Almanac, things are getting interesting as Ben and Conor dive into one of the world's most followed Wiffle®Ball  Leagues: Major League Wiffle®Ball - or MLW, at it is more commonly referred to. After a long offseason, MLW returns to action in late April, with all eight teams fighting for the right to be named MLW World Series Champions. But of all these teams, trades, rule changes, and story lines; which ones are due to shake up the MLW landscape this season? 

Ben and *MLW Supreme Analyst* Conor are here to give their takes on everything you need to know, starting with the most recent Draft. With some notable trades going on at the top selections, such affects have managed to make considerable changes to the outlook of a couple of teams. Which teams bolstered their championship ambitions, and which ones have decided to play it safe and prefer to just "run it back"? Has the Schultz basement interfered to prevent a potential superteam? 

With the draft out of the way, the only thing left to look forward to is the start of the regular season. Some teams look to continue right where they left off, while others hope to make improvements that culminate towards a push into August and September glory. Ben and Conor have their thoughts on what each of the eight teams can expect to show this season: what are each team's strengths and weaknesses, and what will it take of each team to bring home the title?

At long last, the world's great Wiffling show is back for a full season of banter, heresy, memes, and SO much more. Welcome back to listening to the Scuffin' It Up podcast with Ben and Conor (note the name change, that's a thing now ;) )!  

On this elongated season premiere, our Lord and Savior Ben is ready to share what you can expect from the show over the course of this season.  New segments and new episode formats are all the rage to the algorithm these days, and Season 2 will be sure to bring all of the action to make the new parts of our show as great as what has come before.  

With the show's roadmap laid it, it is then time for Ben and Conor to (again) explain why the show has been able to afford yet another extended absence from the Internet. In the past couple of months, several things have happened to both hosts, both in a personal and a  Wiffling sense - and they are chomping at the bit to fill their listeners in on all the drama. Where are they now? Where are they playing in 2023 (for now, at least)? What are their thoughts on the current state of the game heading into the new season? (Rumor has it Ben gets on a bit of a rant here...)  

Later on in the show, it would only seem fair that a pair of fast pitch Wiffle® addicts talk about the biggest buzzword of the offseason: The Drop 100 of 2022. Ben will be quick to dive into which players impressed him with their position on the rankings, and which players maybe got a bit of a too favorable placement.

Fresh off of the buzz of spring break, Ben and Conor are back to bring you another episode of the Scuffin' It Up! This episode breaks down the biggest talking points from the past month of the Wiffle®Ball offseason across the nation.

Ben and Conor deep-dive into the new team roster rules for the 2022 United Wiffle®Ball National Championship Tournament, and what it will mean for participating teams.  How will the managers construct their lineups to meet these new requirements?
