From the classroom to the chaotic sprint finishes of the pre peloton, Tim Merlier and Bert Van Lerberghe have been friends for over 20 years.

In this chat with The Wolfpack Howls, they tell how others often think that their teasing of each other is them arguing, about what it would be like for Tim to lead out Bert, and their passions away from road racing, in particular how Bert has made a name for himself as a furniture maker.
