😱 Why don't narcissists offer closure at the end of the toxic relationship? THIS - Narcissists are people who feel entitled to special treatment. They aren't good at giving closure because they expect you to make the effort to reach out to them. They need you, but they won't make any effort to return the favor.

Narcissists are not capable of giving closure. If you hope that, in the end, they will be the one to give you that closure, you are bound for disappointment. You have to be the one who does it, because narcissists are just not able to do it themselves.

You have to let go because they will never let go of you. They have no right to your time, your love or your feelings. You have every right to walk away from them because they don't respect what is yours—your heart and your soul.

The fact that you want closure is a sign of your maturity. Narcissists rarely offer it because they don't feel like they ever did anything wrong. Hence, there's no reason for them to offer any kind of closure for their behavior because they don't see how anybody could be hurt by their actions.

Closure is important when ending a relationship with a narcissist because it helps you move on with your life without feeling hurt and resentful all the time. Narcissists can't give closure because they don't know how to give anything but empty promises and expectations of future deeds and achievements and empty words and lies and broken hearts and empty hopes and dreams and wasted time and lost money and stolen ideas that never materialized into anything tangible or beneficial or even useful at all or ever productive or needed or wanted or even able to be used by anyone other than the narcissist. Plus - this ONE THING.
