With this joy came a strength I hadn't experienced before. I've learned that joy isn't about a feeling. It's an intentional heart set. Contrary to our emotions, strength doesn't have much to do with feeling strong.

Let me remind you of my quote,

“You can be happy; give me JOY.”

Happiness leaves you expecting and wanting. Joy is intentional. It's a heart, mind, and life decision you make as many times and as often as you need. Joy isn't dependent on my feelings around life,
happenstances, and circumstances.
