You have between 12,000 and 60,000 thoughts everyday. Research shows 80% are going to be negative and 95% are going to be repetitive thoughts from the day before. That means, at least 9,000 and at most 48,000, of your thoughts are going to be the same negative repetitive things you thought and told yourself already. It’s time to change the conversation going on inside you.
