Today we're introducing Just Flow Bro, a new segment where we dive deep into all things flow. What better way to open this segment than with a special session with Rope Flow Philippines' (@ropeflowph) Coach Armand Bajacan (@physioexplorer_rx) co-hosting the segment as we interview the winners of the Unbroken Challenge; Leo (@leo.digs) and Karen (@kjm_flow). We talk about the practice of rope flowing/rolling, how they got hooked into it, some origin stories, the growing flow community, burnout, and all the other weird and wacky things that come up as the show happens!

They go through the misconceptions that they usually hear and encounter when asked about polyamory; and of course share their personal growths from when they started in Baguio, to where they are today!
