In our line of work, most of us face a hard decision point when we choose our next gig.

There are three major pathways to choose from. Getting a job in the classic sense of the word, joining an agency or be brave and dive into the somewhat lonely world of a freelancer.

If you asked yourself the question recently "Will I go full-on freelancer or is that safe employee seat more comforting?" or "Should I join an agency or try being the lone wolf freelancer?" you will surely find value in listening to our view on agency life and freelancing.

Both the agency and the lone wolf lifestyle have their positives and their downsides.

We strongly believe there's a middle-ground which keeps most of the upsides of both worlds, whilst looses some of the negatives.
