Since the early 1900s a monster has been witnessed within Arkansas’ White River. But what exactly is this creature?

A dark clad phantom is said to roam the street’s of Abbeville at night, hugging children and screaming in their ears. Unless you want to be her next victim, it is best to make it home before sundown.
