Greg and I are back at the kitchen island. I am medicated and trying to find my happy place. But is my happy place watching the Curse of Oak Island on the History channel? It isn't and Greg gets defensive about why people should continue exploring, looking for the treasure. As usual, we touch on the topic of shitting and how we need to invest in a bidet. I am alone at the kitchen island today since Greg had to go to work early. Life has been overwhelming with anxious thoughts, doctor appointments, old dogs and depression. Anxiety isnt always hyperventilating and crying. It can be rage, feeling like your skin is crawling, no sleep, etc. Everyone deals with their anxiety and/or depression differently and for me lately, it has been a struggle. A lot of us try to put on a brave face with a big smile and pretend everything is fine, but inside the thoughts are a jumbled mess taking control. 

I truly apologize for being the reason that we havent had new shows out. Sometimes it is just hard to function. It will get better. I will get better. I just need to pull myself out of the black hole of despair that currently has me in its powerful grasp.

Greg watched a new docuseries about Jon Benet Ramsey and thinks he may know who did it. There was some new information that was pretty interesting. Although I dont understand why he continues watching documentaries about the Ramsey's when he calls out facts before they even come up on the show. I also thought Jon Benet Ramsey had a French sound. Greg made sure to correct that. 

Have you gotten poop on your finger? We have and we talk about it. Greg's wiener is not like a firehose when it is in the toilet has he poops. Good to know. 

Did you know Doc from the 7 dwarfs was a Doctor? Not a builder...

Greg has been working some long hours and going into work early so we are finally getting a chance to get caught up. We are doing a show from the comfort of the living room, Greg on the couch and me in my chair so I can let the dogs out. Greg was a groomsman in a wedding a couple weeks go and while he looked good, I am not a fan of weddings. Listening to this show, you will hear Rosie torment Monte in the background and even hear us argue at one point. Make sure you remember to give yourselves a warm hand.

Greg had to go to work early again so one more show of me riding solo. **TRIGGER WARNING** I am talking about the kidnapping and murder of Jacob Wetterling, who was abducted October 22, 1989. His abduction was unsolved for 27 years before they finally found remains, confirmed to be Jacob's and his family had some closure. Of course, I will lose my train of thought at times and have to let the dogs out (it was me. I let the dogs out) but join me at the kitchen island to talk about a tragedy that happened too close to home.

20 year old Colleen Stan was kidnapped in 1977 by Cameron and Janice Hooker, only 3 years her senior and kept as a slave. She was tied up, blind folded and tortured. Eventually put in a box under the couple's waterbed 23 hours a day for 3 years. Colleen and Janice were both able to get away from Cameron and move on with their lives but suffered incredible trauma. During Cameron Hooker's trial, Colleen's experience was described as unparalleled in FBI history.
