2 Pals Teach Rachel and Deshna

The whole reason for this podcast series was to use a different medium for Deshna and I to reflect on everything we learned from teaching in Kenya. Join us as we dive deeper into what the experience taught us and how it changed our perspectives for the future.

This was the first time Rachel and I took on working on a project together and we learned a lot from each other. This episode dives into how we think our dynamic duo enabled us to support each other within both our strengths and weaknesses while teaching. 

As wonderful and fulfilling the experience of teaching is, there are always the ups and down within the journey. Deshna and I dive deeper into the fears and challenges we experienced while teaching and how we learned and grew from them. 

Even most of the world had gone virtual in 2021, it was both Rachel and I's first time teaching virtually. In this episode we share about what it was like managing both the challenges and opportunities that virtual teaching brought.
