Is King Bob-Omb’s rule officially recognized by the Mushroom Kingdom or is Bob-Omb Battlefield a sovereign nation? Debate This! asks the kind of bold and heroic questions about your favorite video games and comics that no other podcast would dare ask. Although, it’s probably because other people have better things to do than argue which color of Yoshi is the best color of Yoshi.
In this show, no one is right, but someone is definitely wrong.

Ep. 144: Cozy Regular Dude Type Folks
The month of May is synonymous with flowers and sunny weather. Birds are chirping, buds are blooming and farming sim fans are hunting for this year's way to enjoy the outdoors without leaving the indoors. Now we're not talking about just farming sims, we're setting our sights on the whole "cozy game" genre. The execs have asked us to head to the field of video games and harvest some new cozy games. Today we're tackling the questions, "What not cozy game should be remade but cozy?"
Kyle's pitch is about as radical as a cozy game can be. Andrew's pitch is about as pun-filled as a cozy game can be. Matt's answer is pretty much just Five Nights at Freddy's.

Ep. 142: Put the E Back in Wii Sports (LIVE! at Midwest Gaming Classic)
On the day of our non-denominational Lord, April 7th, 2024, 4 nerds were given a platform for a second time. A platform, not just on the internet, but in a real life place in front of real life people at the Midwestern Gaming Classic in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Those 4 nerds dared to ask a dangerous question, "What sport should be added to Wii Sports?"
This raucous debate will really have you questioning if you know what a sport is. Andrew is pushing for esports in video games. Kyle is defending an American pastime. Todd is combining two things you didn't know could be combined.

Pretty much the opposite of that are the 3 of us dweebs standing in the shadows who all somehow also made the cut and got accepted into Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters despite having superpowers or eshewing raw bisexual energy.
Matt shows his super-expertise with common household appliances, Andrew illustrates his super-ability to read a room, and Todd slip-slides around via his super-undiagnosed hyperhidrosis.
