Easton talks about he programs his athletes within the weight room and pertains to his weekly progressions of athletes.
Easton has implemented a week-by-week programming style working with high school and college athletes. He talks about how to implement proper programs while taking into consideration what athletes are doing at their primary schools. His overall goal is to teach athletes to learn how to listen to their bodies and progress in their overall development holistically.
