    This is a very crazy subject there are different types of emotions but for me over the past years I just consider two happy and sod but as I continued to go through life I found there were a lot of emotion’s that I felt but some I couldn’t event explain or name and some emotions I didn’t even know I was feeling it I just went through life not knowing pin pointing my feelings. My mom was a very emotional personal in privet and very emotionless in public and I did pick up being emotionless but in public and proved I would normally just push things down and not allow myself to feel things but when my mom passed I became a cry baby but in privet. But over the past few years I have learn to allow myself to feel things and this has helped me a lot. I am a person who tends to get overwhelmed with things and I would sparrow to a dark path and and my emotions would bitterly distroy me inside. This was very unhealthy so I started a system where when I feel overwelth I would stop and breath then I would as myself a few questions like hey what exactly are you feeling what thicgared that emotion and then I can ether fix it or feel it. When it comes to fix it I go through the logic way then when hit coms to feeling It I remind myself that its oaky to feel as much as I want but I have a list so that I don’t go overbord my list is 12hrs so if its crying I cry if its eating something unhealthy I do when it comes to just getting lost in a show I do that to then after that I get my ass up and work work work but the truth about feeling is sometimes in can be hard to get out of it coz sometime we just like to feel bad and be in your feelings
