    Meet the Nolans

In this episode, we hear a first-hand account of the night that Marcia Nolan disappeared. Recently, Lauren and I traveled to Utah to meet her great-aunt and great-uncle. Rich and Geri Thomas invited us into their home and told us stories of their youth and the era when they were close to Marcia and her husband, Patrick. Although the years have eroded some of the sharpness of the memories, we were able to learn some exciting new details about this case.

    Murphy’s Law

Whatever can go wrong, will go wrong. According to those who knew him best, Patrick Nolan was a living embodiment of tough luck. He always seemed to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Lauren and I continue our conversation with Geri and Rich, this time turning our attention to Marcia’s husband, Pat. In this cold case disappearance, Pat is a natural suspect as the husband of the missing person. We learn more about him and hear stories of his youth, as the investigation continues.
