Galactic Gravy is a tasty morsel of a podcast hosted by Misty Brown- an interdimensional channel, traveler and explorer of truth, healing and all things ascension. Join us as we bite into some delicious topics that are guaranteed to satisfy that spiritual hunger that drives us. My mission is to be a bridge- a soul that connects those that are lost or seeking to others that can inspire and empower. Community is where we thrive, heal and reinvent as we gather the tools that we need to heal our pain bodies and transmute the trauma that has held us back from the understanding of who we are created to be. My desire is to share my life experiences, education and wisdom with those who are ready to hack the matrix. This podcast is a sacred space for others to share their stories and gifts so that we may as a collective bring power, light and healing to a world enmeshed in pain. Galactic Gravy will pontificate on life, sexuality, spirituality, aliens and all things ascension. As awakened beings, it is our responsibility to be guides. We can only do that from the most vulnerable and authentic spaces within ourselves. I work within the shadows and fully believe that our suffering is our superpower! My favorite thing in the world is being a guide to those in trauma. My many years of spiritual counseling combined with energy work and sound healing has enabled me to access timeless insight and healing tools that I use in the connections I make.I want to teach you how to be a channel for the magical being that you are! It is my hope that Galactic Gravy will tickle your taste buds and fill you up with laughter, joy and the inspiration to create your own cosmic concoctions!

I recently gained some valuable knowledge from one of the most incredible journeys I have experienced. What came though was very illuminating and caused me to see myself in a much different way.
The Universe speaks to us so clearly through the timeless voice of nature and the wisdom that is meant for us when we are in communion. If you are suffering, PLEASE PLEASE seek your healing in nature. The Mother has so much wisdom and healing to share. Come back to her and you will find yourself.

Cults, Control and Cosmonautics with Tony
After a long busy winter, I have emerged from my cocoon and I bring with me my most righteous brother and cosmic playmate Tony.( Yes, he's like Prince)
Join us as we take a deep dive into the reality of religion, cults, mental illness, addiction and healing with psychedelics.
I don't want to give away too much.... but Tony was born into a religious cult that created intense trauma and brainwashing that led him down a very difficult road of addiction, severe mental illness and attempted suicides. His entire life was spent in fear and shame until a life changing intervention came that gave him the ability to see the way towards healing and reconciliation.
I am grateful every day to know this courageous and honorable person. Being his friend makes me a better person and I think knowing his story will make you a better person too.
If you have ever felt alone, rejected, ashamed, trapped or hopeless, please listen to this story and reach out to us for connection or just if you have any questions. You are not alone my friend, There is a community of people who will love you right where you are and give you the support and accountability you need to evolve and heal in safe spaces.

Guided Activation: Take Your Power Back!
So I finally did it! Sorry for taking so long... I'm just gonna make it simple and record these with background music until I can figure out a sound person or can clone myself.
These are powerful initiations, so make sure you are in a sacred space and not driving or running heavy machinery.
Light a candle, burn some sage or whatever gets you there and let's have a cosmic date. I want to take you on a journey into yourself so that you may realign with your power and your will.
