How to Start or Continue a Cosmetic Practice Aesthetically Speaking

    • Alternative Therapien

I frequently get asked how to start a cosmetic practice by all kinds of practitioners.
Most of them have difficulty deciding which procedures to start offering first or figuring out how they can incorporate cosmetic procedures in their already existing non-cosmetic practice.
I honestly could write an entire book about these topics, but I’ll spare you.
Instead, I’m going to cover the main points of what you need to consider when deciding whether you want to begin offering cosmetic procedures; either in a brand new cosmetic practice, or in your already existing practice.
In this episode, I’ll explain what my top down/bottom up method is and how you can use it to determine which service(s) to begin offering first, why your support staff needs to be trained on the new services you’ll be offering and be able to provide concierge-level services, the importance of receiving training for the new procedures regardless of whether or not you have previous cosmetic experience, how you need to change the way you look at your daily schedule and your overall appointments, why you shouldn’t hand-off a procedure to someone else in your practice if you don’t know how to do it yourself, and so much more!
