Swarnaa Rajalingam also known as The Life of a Social Butterfly on social media is a content creator, fashion and lifestyle blogger who uses her platform to fuse creativity and relatability to address issues around inclusivity, colourism, body positivity and mental health. Her colourism work has been recognised by people like Mindy Kaling and Deepica Mutyala. She has also launched her own podcast called The Social Butterfly Effect Podcast which aims to make accessible the real stories and real journeys of fellow South Asians from across the world.

In this second episode of our podcast, we discuss mental health with a special focus on the issues faced by couples in relationships. For this episode we have invited a very special guest , Ms. Vaishali Ganesan who is practicing mental health and wellness therapist. She has done her master's degree in Medical and Psychiatric Social work has been a field practitioner for close to two years now. She holds her own private practice as well and puts up videos relating mental health and well-being on her instagram handle regularly.
