Feels like people don't expand their wings and potentials. Why is that?

Observations of what I have been seeing,meeting, experiencing back in my birth country - Albania. I am being hit by so many things I had been part of for the first 25-30 years of my life, and then off for 23 years, AND now back again. The first and foremost, is how solidly stuck most people are in their thoughts, knowing, beliefs, with virtually ZERO room for anything new, or hearing everything new and checking it through the old guarding thought-way and knowing, this making the new information making no sense in their heads and hearts. Wow! Hopefully, this will change soon.

Consciously or subconsciously, we allow thoughts to linger in our minds, we entertain them, and make more thoughts of the same kind, until this becomes a belief, and we have no longer control over it. It is now in the subconscious mind, and it will run the show in the background and dictate from now on what thoughts you will have and actions you will take. So the basis of Mindfulness is exactly this - start observing, because each attempt of observation is actually a torch in your hand, shedding light to the direction you are observing. We are seeing unfold in front of us a conflict, a war, and this is happening for most of us right here in the 3D. The conflict is the materialization of a desperate resistence of the 4DS beings that are tricked into a role of false dominance over other beings, such as you and I, and other fellow beings out there. They are tricked into thinking that their mission is important and doing this for the dominance, when there is no domimance needed to have as we ALREADY have it, it is just us, expressed in various qualities, in various parts of the space/universe. It is one consciousness, just ONE, with parts of it taking various atributes but ultimately is expanding into ascension. 

We manifest every second of our existence. We don't Manifest things, we Manifest the US having that thing.
