I am SO excited to be back! As you can see we have a brand new title, cover and intro! I decided that entering my 25th year and a new chapter of life that I didn't connect to the old podcast name! However, the heart and soul of that podcast remains the same ! As I mentioned in this episode I look forwards to this new journey and reintroducing myself to you guys! In this episode we are celebrating my 14 year diaversary, which is basically the anniversary of the day I was diagnosed with type one diabetes. I feel beyond proud of myself for making it this far and continuing to live with and manage diabetes everyday. There are some literal highs and lows but I am grateful for every day. For this special episode my friend Retta joins me to talk about our journey with diabetes, from being insecure about the diagnoses to being open and proud to share our stories. Forever grateful to share this with you guys and I hope you enjoy it!
