She job shared with her partner for 23 years across 7 positions and retired at a joined chief executive level and received together with her partner a CBE for her efforts regarding job sharing. Today, we will also talk about flexible work in the context of another passion in Maggy’s life, “aging well”. Maggy wrote the book “How to Age Joyfully: Eight Steps to a Happier, Fuller Life”.
