Both have a Master's degree in business with marketing specializations. They started working with Beiersdorf 20 years ago and have had successful marketing careers for the NIVEA brand in global, regional and local roles. Nadine and Catherine have been in leadership positions for more than 10 years. They are both mothers of young children and have explored working full-time, part-time and now as jobsharers after starting their families.
