For this episode 3 of season 3, we are excited to bring you a conversation form the master connector himself, Matt Hadley.

Matt grew up in Greenwood, Indiana and attended IUPUI prior to his career in Sales, Banking and Finance. In his free time, he enjoys vacations, reading, podcasts, bike rides with his kids, playing golf, and basketball.

Matt’s community outreach and mission is to improve human welfare and build lasting relationships that make an impact and create positive influence. He believes that when others are invested in their communities it creates a positive influence on everyone.

He is also a member of several Professional Organizations including Young Professionals of Central Indiana, Ambassadors Council Skyline Club, Engagement Chair for Emerging Leaders of Skyline, Emerging Leaders Steering Committee United Way of Central Indiana. He is currently employed with AP Engineering & Consulting as their Director of Business Development

Matt has coined a phrase:
"Relationships are the most valuable asset we have" and you might find him out in the community building authentic relationships and making an impact by connecting people through stories and the hashtag "SelfieswithMatt"

This guy is a pure gem of a human and is absolutely someone you should know and follow if you don’t already.
