In this episode Ryan discusses two common negative stereotypes about the Great Commission and cross-cultural ministry that are widely held among believers and churches globally. Ryan advocates that a core aspect of mobilization is helping to educate believers and churches with right outlooks related to areas that are often misunderstood in missions. In this episode we look at a recurring theme that regularly shows up in the Old and New Testaments. The theme is found in the Biblical concept of "Rebuilding Ancient Ruins." Using the twin passages of Jeremiah 33:6-9 and Ezekiel 36:33-36, we unpack this concept and how to apply it today as a crucial part of mission mobilization and what God is calling His global Church to do.
