We have the great privilege of chatting with long time member, Dr. Lisa Koers about her practice as a Direct Primary Care Physician and grab some quick tips on how to stay healthy through the holidays.
TLDR: Direct Primary Care is a way to be a more active participant in your own health, and the management of it. Dr. Koers focuses on integrative health techniques that suit each individual patient and family.
Some tips shared in this episode:
1. Honor the celebratory rhythm of this season and don't guilt yourself about celebrating. Enjoy this time!
2. Goal set for your health.
3. Prioritize sleep!
4. Manage relationships (positive and negative) through this time. Notice which ones bring you joy and which ones you avoid. Now is a great time to work with both ends of the spectrum.

Seeking & Holding Firm to the Truth w/ Purvi Lippincott
Wowowowow. This week is so dreamy as this episode features the one and only Purvi Lippincott. We chat about her love for Gandhi, social justice, her history in the criminal justice/legal field + working for the Indiana State Senate, upholding truth and so much more.
Fun fact: Purvi has a tattoo of Gandhi's signature on the back of her neck! Did you know she has a major in criminal justice AND psychology? Learn more about her lived experience as an Asian American, as someone who admires and has studied Gandhi and how we might implement the concept of satyagraha into our daily lives.
If you love Purvi, this is worth a listen just to peer into what makes this powerful teacher the dynamic goddess that she is. If you're curious about how we go on from the news of Biden and Harris moving into the whitehouse, and how we might carry the torch of truth with them- listen in! -
