On the golden side ,

Best coaching podcast

I have stumbled across Stephanie‘s content on instagram. And while there is lots of advice on personal growth and relationships, nothing resonates with me as much as Stephanie’s does. Too often it’s all about the problems, but not offering any advice on how to go about them. „On attachment“ is different to me - it helps me to understand myself and my relationships better and gives me supporting tools to slowly get out of the detrimental spiral. I also highly recommend Stephanie’s Masterclass on anxious attachment. I must admit, I was a little reluctant at first, because it seemed like a bit of an invest for an online class. But it’s definitely worth it! The content is very well resourced and helps you grow on your journey from anxious attachment towards a more secure attachment style. Buying the course was a first step out of my comfort zone - investing in myself, when I’m so used to look out for everyone else.
