This is a poetic piece dedicated to the one who asked me what I had to lose by seeking help. They also reinforced the fact that there is a lot to lose if I don’t. They were right. There are many answers to loss in those with mental illnesses. Hopefully someone will be inspired to not lose anymore time before looking for assistance. If you think that you struggle or have been told by several others that you do; what do you have to lose by seeking help? What can be lost if you don’t?
