Adrenalin-Perfusor Startgeschwindigkeit ausrechnen:







1 mg Adrenalin auf 500 ml VEL = 2mcg/ml







20 Tropfen = 1 ml







Tropfenzählen für 15 sec (x 4 für eine Minute)







Perfusor 1 mg auf 50 ml = 20mcg/ml







((((Tropfen x 4)/20pro ml)x2mcg/ml)x60min)/20mcg/ml=Tropfen x 1,2 = Laufrate in ml/h







Oder vereinfacht: Tropfen in 15sec = Laufrate in ml/h (wissend das es zu wenig ist)
