We're two best friends who have known each other their entire lives. In our podcast we go back to a simpler time and re-read our favorite kids books. We were once imaginative, fairy-loving, doll-obsessed little girls but now....well actually...that hasn't really changed.
Join us as we travel through our favorite stories. We're learning new things about our favorite authors, laughing over plot inaccuracies, and obsessing over cute illustrations. Whether we're inventing gay fan-fiction for the Rainbow Fairies or laughing over a Junie B. Jones quote, its always a good time.

In this episode we read Goddess Girls “Athena the Brain” by Joan Holub and Suzanne Williams. Goddess Girls is a retelling of Greek Mythology, EXCEPT all the gods and goddesses are in Jr high. The book centers around 12 year old Athena, who finds out she is a goddess and begins her enrollment at Mt Olympus Academy.
We also have our first special guest in this episode! Amateur mythology enthusiast, Miles (aka Audrey's little brother) comes on the show to discuss the actual stories behind these books.
