06: Policies, Procedures and Huddles with Chris Rivers and Tim Bosier

01: Safety Team Conversations Intro
Welcome to the Safety Team Conversations, audio trainings that help equip Grace Church safety volunteers to be more effective within their role. In this first episode Chris Rivers and Tim Bosier discuss this resource and how to use it going forward.
NEXT STEP:
1. Ask your Regional Safety Advisor to provide hard copies of the Safety Team Manual (bit.ly/3pbFf45) for your team.
2. Schedule a meeting with your Connect Team or Safety Team to review this resource with them.
3. Pass out the Safety Team Manuals to those who attend and ask them to take a couple of weeks to listen to the Season One Episodes and share any insights they received with the team. These ideas can be shared through one-on-one conversations or even a text message thread.
