    Self-inquiry is a powerful way to increase self-awareness, thus allowing you to live from a place of authenticity, heart-centeredness, and fulfillment. It gives you a chance to examine your life and all the decisions that led you to where you are right now. It opens up a pandora's box of possibilities of how you want to live your life from this point onward. Self-inquiry is also about knowing the right questions to ask yourself, especially if this is new to you. The questions that you ask yourself become a sort of guide on your path to discovering who you are. In this episode I share a tool with you that helps you drill deeper into your patterns of behaviour and what leads you to your life’s highs and lows. From this place you can gain clarity on how to leverage from the highs and protect yourself through the lows.
