A Conversation with Jason Wood on Sound Healing as Therapy

A Conversation with Jason Wood on Sound Healing as Therapy

In this episode, Cathy & Jenny sit down to talk with their friend, Jason Wood, a psychotherapist and energy medicine specialist who focuses on using sound and reiki to shift the energy in our bodies and minds. In anticipation of their September 11, 2020 workshop - Yin Yoga & Sound Healing - they discuss how stress and trauma can cause physical dis-ease in the body and the importance of working with the body - through movement and sound - to understand our thoughts and emotions.

We talk to Jason about how he started working with sound as a healing modality and discuss what to expect at our upcoming workshop. If you are interested in attending this in-person workshop, held in Wykoff, NJ, visit sarasvatisisters.com/workshops for more details. Space is limited to keep social distancing practices in place.
