The Church of Jesus Christ
Pentecost, the day of the descent of the Holy Spirit is the day the Church of Jesus Christ was born. The Church is the main purpose of the existence of the universe. The world was created for her. For her sake God designed the plan of redemption. For her sake the Son of God became man, took on human sin, bore the penalty for it, died and rose again, and was taken up into heaven.
It all came together for this special day. On the fiftieth day after Christ's resurrection, the Holy Spirit did the greatest work. He descended upon the apostles and united them into the body of Christ, immersed every saved soul in supernatural fellowship and supernatural connection, not only between them, but between them and God, through Jesus Christ. -

In recent decades, parenting has been talked about more and more. Despite the general development of civilization, raising children is becoming more and more difficult. Numerous benefits of progress bringing various conveniences make wholesome formation of children a much more difficult process. Different systems of upbringing offered by psychologists and other specialists do not solve the problem.
But how was parenting designed by God? What does it take for parents to have success in this important area of life? Today on Mother's Day we will turn to a text of Scripture that reveals God's design for parenting. Central to that design is the parents' genuine love for God. -

The Fear of God is a Genuine Treasure
In speaking of Israel's future, the prophet Isaiah proclaims both the coming punishments of God and the final restoration of the nation that will take place at the end of history. This restoration will involve several events, the themes of which are frequently mentioned in the prophetic books. One of these events is the repentance and spiritual restoration of Israel. The center of this repentance will be a radical change in the Israelites' attitude toward God. They will then be filled with the fear of God, which will be their greatest treasure.
