Becoming a professional lacrosse player & young father: Ryan Drenner
On this episode of Unbuckled, Waterdogs attackman, Ryan Drenner, joins the podcast. In 2019, Ryan's clutch performances helped lead the Whipsnakes to the first PLL championship. Then in 2020, he was drafted in the expansion roster to the Waterdogs. Ryan and Jules talk about the transition from the Whips to the Waterdogs, his experience and performance at the 2020 Championship Series and where he looks to take his game in 2021. They also talk about the hardships of becoming a father his senior year at Towson University and the inspiration his son, Beckham, provides for him.

They also talk about his efforts with City Lax, helping young kids in underserved neighborhoods in Denver with educational and enrichment opportunities through the sport of lacrosse.
