As a result, Melfi is averaging 26 points per game and has turned into one of most effective players in the Frontier League. Varsity Spotlight S1 E4: Quarterbacking one of Section 3's most dominant offenses has been Jake Heller. In his first year as a starter at the position, Heller has thrown for 497 passing yards and eight touchdowns in four games. Combine that with his 333 rushing yards and four rushing touchdowns and it's easy to see how great of a season he is having. On this episode of Varsity Spotlight we discussed the amount of work he did to have such a good start to the season and the everyday work that goes into preparing for the next opponent.

Varsity Spotlight S1 E3: LaFargeville striker, Kamryn Barnes, leads one of the most dominant girls soccer teams in the Frontier League. Through six games the junior already has 15 goals and seven assists, and has established herself as one of the best players in the league. We discussed her competitive nature, her dedication to getting better and her talents not only as a soccer player but as a hockey player as well.
